IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date." Representative Meyer moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS 2d CSSB 46(FIN) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 2. There being no objection, it was so ordered. 2005-05-24 House Journal Page 2120 Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Meyer: Amendment No. 2 was published in House Journal Supplement No. 3. Representative Meyer moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment Nos. 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6 were not offered. Representative Joule moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS 2d CSSB 46(FIN) am H be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 7. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 7 (amends Amendment No. 2 in House Journal Supplement No. 3) was offered by Representatives Meyer and Joule: Page 97: Delete Sec. 10(a) Renumber the following bill subsections accordingly. Page 126, Sec. 64(b): Delete "10(b)" Insert "10(a)" Representative Joule moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 7 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Kerttula moved and asked unanimous consent that she be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Representative Croft moved and asked unanimous consent that the question be divided. The Speaker ruled that the question was divisible. There being no objection, the question of the appropriations from the constitutional budget reserve fund was divided. Representative Croft moved that the appropriations from the constitutional budget reserve fund in Sec. 61(a) and (d) be adopted. The question being: "Shall the House adopt the appropriations from the constitutional budget reserve fund in Sec. 61(a) and (d)?"
